Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request - please contact us for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number, pictures and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Keep your tracking number for your records

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with obvious signs of use, not in original condition, or with missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please start by contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it.
